Ordering from Sona Arts is simple and flexible:

1. Add to Enquiry Cart

• On the product page, click “Add to Enquiry Cart” to select your item.
• Use the “Add More Items” button to include multiple products.
• You can also adjust quantities directly in your Enquiry Cart.

2. No Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)

• Order as little as one piece or as many as you like—there are no restrictions.

3. Manual Orders

4. Quotation & Confirmation Within 24 hours, our team will send you a detailed quotation including:

• Final product cost
• Shipping charges
• Delivery lead time
• Payment options
• Any other requested details
• Each quotation will have a unique reference number for easy tracking and payment.

5. Secure Payment & Processing

• Once you confirm and make payment via your preferred method, we will begin processing your order immediately.

Shipping Information

For Delivery in India :-
• Courier Partners: Safexpress, Gati, Delhivery, and other renowned courier companies.
• Delivery Time: 2–4 working days (excluding Sundays & National Holidays).
• Note: We are not liable for any unforeseen delays in transit.
• Personal Touch: You can send your personalized message or greetings along with your gifts.

For International Delivery :-
• By Courier (Door-to-Door Delivery): We use DHL, FedEx, UPS, Aramex, and other trusted providers.
• By Air (Port-to-Port Delivery): We deliver to all major airports worldwide.
• By Sea (Port-to-Port Delivery): We deliver to all major seaports worldwide.

Important Notes :-
• Any taxes or duties levied at the destination will be borne by the recipient.
• Combining products in one shipment can help reduce costs.
• Always chargeable either on gross weight or volumetric weight whichever is higher.

Return Policy

• Return would be accepted, if you have received the piece in defective or damage condition.
• Send us the photograph of the defective /damage product by emailing us on info@sonaarts.com and sonaarts@gmail.com.
• After receiving the photographs, our team would work out and let you know the decision.
• The charges for delivering return product will be borne by you.
• The return product should be sent to us in the same original condition and packing, when you received it.
• On customize product, refund or return of the product would not be done.
